All of our cartons are FSC certified (Forest Stewardship Council) which is an international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world’s forests. FSC chain of custody certification verifies that FSC certified material has been identified and separated from non-certified and uncontrolled material as it makes its way along the supply chain, from the forest to the market.

We ship thousands of parcels a day so we have plenty of experience of the good and the bad so we’ve chosen what we believe to be the best services. With one eye on cost and the other on a efficient transparent service we’ve set up a simple standard and premium service. Where possible we use the cost effective trackable Royal Mail services and DPD with their fleet of their electric vehicles if the parcel dimensions go above the Royal Mail maximums for the services selected.
